Oryx is a retained, senior management and director level executive search organisation, with a history dating back to 1988.
The company was formed by a management buy-out from the parent organisation in 1991 and has been an independent business, directed and operated by the employees, since that date. The original founders are still actively involved in the business, joined by colleagues with many years’ experience within our organisation and industry.
With all resource in-house, we are able to focus strongly on quality of delivery and client relationships – key factors in accounting for our high levels of repeat business and our privileged position advising the board of organisations, from start-ups to multinationals.
