Founded in 2013, the Advanced Propulsion Centre was established by the Automotive Council to facilitate funding into UK-based research and development programmes with the ultimate aim of delivering UK economic benefit through job creation and facilitating the delivery of automotive products and systems that will reduce carbon emissions. Oryx worked with the APC to recruit an Innovation & Delivery Director. This was a newly created position which would supplement the organisations Executive Leadership Team, with the aim of further strengthening the level of the support that the APC provides to the UK Automotive industry. We undertook a thorough search of the automotive industry in the UK, investigating the breadth of the landscape including from OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers through to consultancy businesses.
