Barchester healthcare is one of the largest independent care providers in the UK, supporting over 12,000 people in 250 care homes and seven registered hospitals across the country. Strategically they were looking to make the most of IT and technology advancements to provide better outcomes for customers and for staff. They asked Oryx to conduct a search to find a new Group Director of IT. A complete search of all associated sectors resulted in the successful person joining in September 2022.
