As part of a leadership succession process Oryx successfully recruited a European COO and a Managing Director for their London & South East region. Both searches involved a comprehensive research exercise which targeted the UK and European Multi Disciplinary Engineering Consultancy sector. The European COO joined from Faithful & Gould. The regional MD joined from RLF.
